Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Support sample order. 2000-5000 pcs for OEM order is acceptable.

A: Sure, we do support private labels on all products and packaging as well.

* 2). Tell us the detailed location of the product you wanna put the LOGO on

Q: Can I get a sample before ordering in bulk?
A: Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality.
Q: What about the lead time?
A: Normally, a sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 4-5 weeks for a formal order, and details need to be confirmed based on each order.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT. It usually takes 12-15 days to arrive.
Q: How do you deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in a strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 1 in 10000. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new ones with new orders for small quantities.
