Q: What's the MOQ?
A: Support sample order. 1000-5000 pcs for OEM order is acceptable.
Q: How to proceed an order for products?
A:* 1). Kindly tell us to know which item, quantity, color, etc. you want to order.
* 2). Proforma invoice (PI) will be sent to you as per your order information.
* 3). Kindly check the PI. If everything is OK, we will delivery the goods ASAP after your payment.

A: Normally, sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks for formal order, details need to be confirmed based on each order.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 12-15 days to arrive.
Q: How to deal with the faulty?
